I really enjoyed giving this diet a try but minus the fasting。 I’m not sure why I find fasting horrible but eating great food is a way of life not to be ignored。 I loved reading about the health benefits that bone broth gives you and it definitely has made my pants more loose。 I’ve recommended it to a few friends as well。 It will be interesting to see what kind of results I get after a month。 Thanks so much for allowing me to read this book and I am voluntarily leaving this review! Five stars!

Easy to follow instructions on how to lose weight。 This diet won’t be fun to follow at first but stick with it。 You will see results。 My problem, and it has zero to do with the book or the authors advice, I quickly realized I don’t like bone broth。 *face palm* The recipes included are great too。
